OK, so the Wii makes a gain of 70K over its competitors this week, bringing the gap down to 2.18m.

Go Wii and DS! The only ones with sextuple digits.

360 is doing well I guess.

I kinda feel sorry for PSP and PS3.

Not bad numbers for this time of year. Wii is a beast as always, 360 holding steady. PS3.....well.....(sigh)......hopefully it will get a boost with the release of KZ2.

Just noticed PS3 is selling 50k a week less worldwide then this time last year. Which means if things stay as they are the PS3 will decline by 2.6m units in 2009. The PS3 needs a big price cut just to stay on par with last years numbers let alone over take them.

They both had the numbers when I got there so I generally just lock whichever one was last to avoid bitching.

The 360 spent 20 months at the same price point, looks like Sony is making a go at it...

Yes but you have to realize for a good portion of that time the 360 didn't have 2 other consoles competing with it at a lower price.
