#5 Tales Of Vesperia-Sodia stabs Yuri:SODIAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES!WHY SODIA WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!!!!!!!!This scene was totally unexpected.The anger I felt was unparalled.At that moment and time she chose then to do it, UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Anybody who played this game sould know what i mean.

#4 Xenogears-Fei was Id:WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!!!!!!!NO WAY,THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It was mind-boggling.I did not know what to do with myself.I just wish i was able to transform into him during battle because that would have been so awesome.

#3 Xenosaga Episode.lll-Shion caused the creation of the Gnosis:I was speechless.The cause of the deaths of countless people was her.THIS IS MADNESS!

#2 Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time-The universe of Star Ocean was just a computer simulation or a massive multiplayer online role-playing game.Words cannot express how shocked I was.It was all just made up.The emotion the characters felt throughout the story, the death of those close to them was all just part of the program.This includes the world of the new Star Ocean game that is coming out.I really don't understand why people did not like this story, Its so complex.

#1 Final Fantasy VII-Sephiroth kill's Aerith.I felt so many different emotions when this happened.I felt sad, enraged, engrossed and torn up from the inside out.Why did he have to do that to her?WHY HER?!!!!!!

Id agree with your #1.
Id definately add in Suikoden2 though, not because it made me feel bad. But because i got so attached to the game that i didnt even wanna finish it... THAT shocked me. Apart from that, good list

That plot twist(in SO3) is exactly why.  Many people even said that they thought the story was good up till that point.  Some gamers are too hard on the game just because they felt the plot twist was terrible.  I liked it somewhat even though it could've been better explained.

Good list, I agree with a lot of them. My list would be

5. Xenosaga ep. III - same moment
4. FFVII - same moment
3. Star Ocean 3 - same moment
2. Suikoden II - Either Nanami's death or the ending (good or bad one)
1. Suikoden II - Jowy kills Anabelle. While this may not sound as a very shocking moment, it was one of my first rpgs, and I really trusted that Jowy would be at my side for the rest of the game, and when he kills Anabelle, I was like "....Jowy...why????". Memorable moment indeed

4. Baten Kaitos: Kalas is the traitor(spy)

3. Xenogears: Wiseman and Gathr(I forgot his name) are one and the same, Fei's father

2. Fire Emblem: When a character dies, there is no way for revival.

1. Guardian's Crusade: WTF is this game?
