Good list, I agree with a lot of them. My list would be
5. Xenosaga ep. III - same moment
4. FFVII - same moment
3. Star Ocean 3 - same moment
2. Suikoden II - Either Nanami's death or the ending (good or bad one)
1. Suikoden II - Jowy kills Anabelle. While this may not sound as a very shocking moment, it was one of my first rpgs, and I really trusted that Jowy would be at my side for the rest of the game, and when he kills Anabelle, I was like "....Jowy...why????". Memorable moment indeed
