 LOL.

That's funny. I can imagine it.

Think of all the Zelda Fan HATE mail Nintendo would get.

No im against it, why change something when its not broken?

I found that unnecesary. maybe the rest of the characters..but link? nah.

No. I've always preferred silent main characters (probably because I hate most voice acting in games); they always seem more noble that way. Also, it would change Link's character too much.

Okami

To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made.  I won't open my unworthy mouth.

No, but if that ever happens, it better match Link like Jak being unmuted in Jak II.

Well, excuuuuse ME, princess, but no XD

Link not talking allows you to put yourself in his role. It's the same reason that Samus doesn't speak, and Master Chief is a man of few words. They are thinking what you're thinking. If they say something that you wouldn't say, it breaks the illusion.

i wouldn't mind if the other characters had voice actors, though.

hahaha that's exactly what I was thinking when I first read this thread. We definitely don't need Link as a sarcastic, sexually frustrated teenager in future Zelda titles.
