I'm just going to be honest here. I think alot of the PS3 fanboys on here, hype the crap out of first party games that are in reality probably only selling an additional 100,000 PS3s or less. Heck no, GOW is not a system seller.

It just seems that people on these boards put way more hype into PS3 exclusives than anywhere else, and I don't understand why. Games like uncharted, LBP, and GOW are not moving alot of consoles.



Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

Bans increase exponentially for repeat offenses.  That's his fifth ban for similar comments since mid-January.

Comments like "as if it was the second comming of christ" and "being dellution" aren't ban worthy? 

And it's not like this was his first ban.  He was warned TWICE for similar comments, then banned for three days, then banned for five days, then banned for seven days, then banned for 14.

I was only responsible for two of those, fyi.

Well obviously previous GOW games were not system sellers. It's hard for a new IP to be a system seller and the second GOW game came out in like 2007. Hard to be a system seller when the system has been on the market for 6 or 7 years already and is transitioning into the new generation of consoles.

As for weather or not GOWIII will be a system seller, it remains to be seen. But it does have a very big following of fans and though most may be PS3 owners already there may be some that this game with the help of other PS3 exclusives will push them to buy a PS3.
