Can't think of a toughest boss at the moment but I have to agree that the lickers in RE2 and nemesis in RE3 gave me some chills playing in complete darkness with the sound up =p

Actually scared me when i ws playing?
The most scared i've been was when fighting the mother brain in Super Metroid the first time.

Made me shat brix when she started rising up and kicking my ass.

I agree with JaggedSac//that thing Commando is from the Silent Hill series//it cuts off heads//lol//I love that dude//to bad in Silent Hill Origins I wasn't able to fight him//I still have memories of that dude//cause he looks bad ass//haha

Other than that I like all bosses//I hate them but I can't seem to find my favorite//but I would say "Sin" from Final Fantasy X//that boss is freaking ridiculously big and hard at the say time!
