If I could only get one it would be L4D. I have a regular group of friends I play with and it is wonderful fun that I do not find in any other game. Dead Space is also great but very different.

This is like the valkyria chronicles vs. tales of vesperia thread...they're two COMPLETELY different games. That said, I've played and finished both and I can say they are both great games but neither is perfect. I would get both to be honest (one now, and one later), considering they are both outstanding games in their own right.

Are you after an innovative survial horror game with about an 11 hour single player campaign or are you after an awesome co-op FPS game? Let your preferences dictate your decision. Though L4D is definitely not a survial horror game...it's more of an arcade shooter based on zombie movies.

I like to try to keep the names fulling intact, and be able to figure out what the games mashed together are.  So, on this note, I will look at Killzone of the Enders.

It has to do with an area created by Enders in the story Enders Game, where he ends up easily eliminating all opposition.  The format is actually a Castle Defense type game, done like the old arcade game, Tailgunner.

ummm... metroid prime hunters was easily one of the best games i have played on the ds(control-wise)
