Actually the controllers don't have the red light that says what player number you are, so they aren't playing anything at that moment

The second guy is reported in an unconfirmed article. Also, no comment has been obtained from the mother about him.

Lastly, and most importantly, the second article is from a rival tabloid. What better way to win over a whole mess of readers than to put out an article that amps up the drama caused by the first article?
