I have decided to finally go b3yond. This will most likely happen some time in april as a friend wants to sell me his ps3 40gig and mgs4 for $500 AUD. That gives me 200 left over that from the 700 i have ready to buy retail games. I can probably get 3 games with that. I was wondering what people would suggest i buy.I like all genres so thats no problem :)

Valkyria Chronicles

It is simple: KZ2, VC, LittleBigPlanet, Fallout 3, Uncharted, Motorstorm, second joystick.

KZ2,LBP, and I would wait to see how infamous does then buy that.

yeah ive been watching a couple of vids of uncharted (which i previously knew almost nothing about) Thats a definate as I remeber seeing preowneds for 20 bucks. In your opinion is littlebigplanet better than valkyria chronacles because i like the look of both of them

also only really looking for ps3 exclusives as i will probz buy multiplats on 360 for live.

KZ2, LBP, Uncharted, Warhawk, motorstorm, and inFamous

oh yeah i forgot about warhawk i thought it looked awesome at release. Damn the ps3 has a huge exclusive lineup. I never really realised b4

@ peter: LBP is a must-have, absolutely amazing fun that game, even though it may look simplistic from videos.

BUT

I would suggest you go for VC first, since that game is getting harder and harder to find, and is even being discontinued in several stores I've checked.

I am going to order it myself Monday, so that I can call myself a proud owner. Just look for Valkyria Chronicles prologue on youtube. The game, the graphics, the charm, and the gameplay of that first battle should convince you to purchase that title. And it has quite some depth, considering the advantages and disadvantages of each person (with their own personality).

LBP has had higher ratings, but VC is probably a better first purchase, since you'll be able to find LBP for quite some time. (same reasoning went into "not pre-ordering KZ2 and going for VC instead" with me.)

im not even sure what stores- if any carry the game in australia so it may be a problem. But u have convinced me to include it in my three. So i got valkyria chronicles, uncharted. need one more and maybe another if i got some money left over.
