If they add tons of content to it and re-release the whole package for $60, would you buy another copy just for the extra content?

Konami has a habit of doing this with MGS games. MGS 1, 2, and 3 all had re releases with bonus content for full price.

I hope that if they decide to do the same thing with MGS4, they add it as DLC on the PS store for those who have already bought the first release.

No, I won't. It'll come though, and my guess is this extended version (MGS 4: Existence?) will be a multiplat game.
