In fact I think the 360 numbers for Europe are overtracked .The 360 has sold and continues selling 900 consoles in my country week after week since launch (and excepting the launch and christmas period of course ) but this site suddendly starts putting some 1600 weekly because no reason.

Then UK readress the situation a bit ,with the 360 doing very good there and somewhat better than the PS3 .

But in general I think the PS3 sells way better in Europe .Its enough to speak with some retailers or take a look at the stores to understand that .

Ok so either vg charts is way off, or this guys full of crap. Look at the numbers for last week

xbox 360 23,000

ps3 29,000

thats hardly beating it at all let alone 3 times selling more.

Has the price drop even hit there yet? i mean comon europe right now is up in the air at the moment with ps3 winning by a little bit.

Japan he is right, xbox doesnt sell at all there and i think it sells like 10x more there (2,000 xbox, 20,000 ps3 for a week) so japan is where the ps3 numbers are really coming in



                 With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

The truth is that Sony is doing much batter in Europe and Japan , and it seams , that afther the holiday rush ( read : Halo 3 ) it will take over the US to . Its just a matter of time untill people will realize that they need next-gen , and one thing is certain , Japan and Europ will look away from the X360 :)

we shall see how sony does in the us starting with warhawk and then the september games. at $500 its gona be interesting.

and ps3 is outselling 360 in us after ps3 price cut until 360 price cut. the long term of both price cuts should be interesting.

yes, very intresesting, is still dont think ps3 has the games yet to qualify why you should purchase a 500 dollar system...

No, he really is lying. "Outsells" is present tense, so to use it is to say that the action is occurring, well, presently. Which it is not.
