If the reviewers compare it with 360 version, 3-4 galore. If they compare it to Resi 4, 3-4 as well. If they review it as a standalone game, i expect it at the 5-6 category. 7 is a very good score, perhaps due to the motion controlls and the extra content (Suits to unlock)

The game is not bad, come on it's RE4, it's the expectation there was for DR on the Wii and Capcom has under delivered.
