I would, no doubt. More quality KZ is always good, and if by more you mean the "other side of the story" then hell yeah... for $30 even.

40 is only fair.. 20 for the game and another 20 for them to overcome the guilt to let people actually have fun as the "bad guys"

Killzone: Retribution is a much better name, although we have that for Resistance already...
