So is this a traditional JRPG?

What do people expect from it?

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Why is it so expensive?

Yeah. It's an ARPG. It has huge monsters.

I expect awesomeness. The game is made from people who made FF VIII, Level 5 employees, etc.

What is the name of the company who is developing it.

@ TWRoo

Not sure. For the same reason that DQ, FF, and MGS 4 costs $90.

I assume you mean Japan only.

Wow no wonder Japan's game industry looks so lacklustre... I thought it was only DQ and FF that had a mark up, and only up to like 7000 Yen rather than the normal 5000Yen

and i thought i had to overpay for games, japan people arer just getting ripped off everytime a game is released

Actually...we don't know. Same goes for Little King's Story. It's pretty much a crossover of awesome people working on the game, but they don't actually have a name.

@darth

Well...do many new niche IPs sell very well? Still, it should make some profit. I hope it does well though since it has FF VIII and Level 5 people on it like I said.

How can you say it has people from different companies working on this and that but the studio doesn't even have a name?????

@Soriku: The Jaleco subsidiary is called Jaleco Entertainment. They were the original company but became a subsidiary once it diversified in financial and one other market. I am not aware of any name to Jaleco Entertainment.... yet.

I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.

Currently playing: Super Smash Brothers Brawl(Wii), Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer(DS), Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (DS), WiiFit(Wii)

Games Recently Beaten: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (Normal; Very Hard after the next DLCs become available)

1 word: RTFA

Oh wait, I found out LKS was made by Town Factory and Cing.

Well, GameFAQs has Jaleco listed as devs but Jaleco has been sold off. That means the team was made as a subsidary of Jaleco. But I don't know what they're called.

In the staff area in the site, it told about people who worked on previous games. FF VIII, Level 5 employees, etc. were on there. Oh, and people from FF XII too.

The name of the studio may be on the site but I don't know. Can't read Japanese. The only way I know about the staff people is because it had stuff like FF VIII and Dark Cloud and such.

Here's the staff page: http://www.kizuna-game.jp/#/Staff/

Interesting. I've never seen a staff page like that.
