Maybe I don't but unless your saying I should browse the web through command line I'm lost.

Honestly I'm not in a caring mood, but here;

Web Browsers translate information from a server linked to the internet into something I can see on my computer, I'm also familiar with Opera who charges for the use for their "complete" web browser.

Beyond this I may be in the ignorance area, but honestly right now I'm not in the mood to be tought.

I'm not talking about ISP, I'm talking about the browser itself, just so were on the same page. g'night.

all web browsers connect to the same internet. FireFox is free. Safari is free. IE is free. Opera.. last time i checked I thought was free...

My Laptop (vista PC) came with both Google Desktop pre-installed (set as default) and Firefox installed as well.

instead of suing ms, why dont they they take the entrepreneur approach like google and ms and go directly to pc manufacturers? all they need to do is come to an agreement to have their browser as part of a package.

i like firefox, but them joining in suing ms just shows lack of intelligence and or business management. does anyone see apple crying about monopoly? apple used their initiative as did google, mozilla should have the brains to do the same.

What is wrong with including IE with windows? They are not charging anything for it and are giving it away for free. Also windows allows you to download and use other browsers if you want so again what's the problem?

A free software organisation is suing microsoft for including a browser in their own product? Give me a break...

Not to mention that firefox has already stolen a lot of marketshare from ie. But to be honest the average consumer doesn't give a crap about what browser they're using.

If we forget this monopoly thing (we shouldn't, by the way), it only slows down the system (not much but still does so) for those not wanting to use it.
