Honestly I'm not in a caring mood, but here; Web Browsers translate information from a server linked to the internet into something I can see on my computer, I'm also familiar with Opera who charges for the use for their "complete" web browser. Beyond this I may be in the ignorance area, but honestly right now I'm not in the mood to be tought. all web browsers connect to the same internet. FireFox is free. Safari is free. IE is free. Opera.. last time i checked I thought was free...
