Nintendo has confirmed that Metroid prime wii play will use a similar control scheme 2 prime 3.I haven’t checked whether they are upgrading anything else but that doesn’t affect my question.I have heard many say dat prime1 was the best in the prime series.I have played it to about 47% completion(just got my phazon suit b4 I went off 2 school without my gamecube),only played the prime 2 demo disk & only seen IGN’s prime 3 video review.Now my question is,if Metroid Prime Wiiplay is exactly like Metroid Prime 1 without any upgrades other than wii mote controls,would you prefer it to Prime 3?

Prime 1 had the impact that the other games just cannot recapture, hence it got tired. Prime 3 was revitalized but only because of the controls. Now we combine the best of both to what is now a MUSTHAVE.

Hmm it is still one of the best games I have ever played and so is MP3 I’ll go with MP with MP3 vary close to it.

No. MP3 boss fights were designed around the IR pointer, and that's what made them the best of the series.

metroid prime 3 is the best, it may have not being as revolutionary as prime 1, but it is overall a better game and harder game. btw has any else noticed they have changed the way you change visors from the old little move c-stick form to the new dragg the pointer while holding plus setting.

I think, going by the Wiimakes(can't be certain as I haven't played them yet), I'd rate the games like this:

MP1 > MP3 > MP2.

Not surprising, since that's the exact same way I rate them now (MP1 and 2 being judged on the GC-controls, and MP3 on Wii controls.)

Should be fun enough, but when will it get to America?
