That annoying COD zombie pack ad is back.........
After climbing Mt. Princton last week, I realized I should start climbing mountains closer to my home to train for more mountain climbing next spring after the snow melts. Just climbed Mt. Blodgett on the United States Air Force Academy. It got dark at the end and I was reminded why I am so lucky to be able to look over my city and see it all shiningg so brightly down below me. This is the best place to take a woman on an early date. My next date will be going here for sure as it always seems to get the sparks going.

No they're in between "those". The pains are happening almost on a daily basis. Not normal. X_x But docs don't seem to take it seriously.
Tonight was a total shit show. I don't even know what to say. So much bad stuff happened. Maybe I will elaborate later but I have work in the morning and need to relax.

Okay well, I seriously need to get in shape!
I'm thinking of going on a "diet" of having 4 meals of 400 cal a day (I think though I'm more likely having 2 200 cal snacks instead of a 4th meal though).
Also, I'm going to start the couch to 4k program with podcasts from NHS site, I'd like to be able to run for more than 2 minutes without huffing and puffing like crazy.
