Okay well, I seriously need to get in shape!

I'm thinking of going on a "diet" of having 4 meals of 400 cal a day (I think though I'm more likely having 2 200 cal snacks instead of a 4th meal though).

Also, I'm going to start the couch to 4k program with podcasts from NHS site, I'd like to be able to run for more than 2 minutes without huffing and puffing like crazy.
