lulz mines not since yesterday, seen my other thread?

10 weeks ago. i applied for my bursary from the SAAS.

4 weeks ago. i called, and was put on hold for 45 minutes before being told that my application was definitely processed, and that my bursary would be in my bank account in no time. i asked for confirmation that they didn't need any other information, so i could get it all sorted if i needed to, and the woman said no no, we have it all done already. no worries.

7 days ago. my mum called them to ask where my money was, they told her they would release it that day so i would have it by this weekend. awesome, no problems there.

3 days ago. i got a letter informing me that my application couldn't be processed because i hadn't given them enough information. yes, i'd given them everything they asked for, but now they need all this other stuff they didn't tell me about. so they've sent forms to my parents, that need to be sent BACK to them, and there's a postal strike due.

here are some problems the SAAS have caused for me (i just moved recently so i had to quit my job, i hve no other income) :

1. I'm nearly 2 months behind in my rent.

2. I can't afford to buy any food. I have about 600g of pasta, half a block of cheese and a tin of spaghetti hoops to last me for about 3 weeks.

3. My grandmother, who i recently got back in contact with, agreed to be my guarantor. Her husband is dying, and she just received a letter from my landlord-company telling her that my rent is due. she now thinks that my mum has been scamming her and that i'm not paying my rent on purpose.

4. I can't focus on my coursework because I'm not sure if I'm gonna be evicted or what.

5. I can't afford to go home to see my grandparents, or even to call them to clear things up..

SAAS, you are getting the biggest fucking complaint you'll ever have seen in the history of your existence, you piece of shit company, you.

Wow trash. That sounds horrible. Especially not having much food.

well, i went to uni today and they're lending me a couple of hundred til i get my bursary sorted. so thats good.

and i got told that my landlord wouldnt like evict me or anything because its an understandable circumstance, so thats also good.

and the letter that my grandmother got, thats a standard letter thats automatically sent out so she doesnt need to worry about it. that is also also good

on the flip side, she just told me on the phone she wants nothing to do with me ever again. so.. mixed bag today.

aye. wouldnt let me explain that it was all just a misunderstanding. i cant even get home for a couple of weeks so i cant go make sure my mum's ok or anything. grr. stupid SAAS ruining my family! ;_;

But hopefully your family works everything out, you know what you should do, get really drunk, you seem to be under a lot of stress so getting drunk will fix everything...for a few hours atleast lol
