It's a simple RTS. It's refreshing and for me, I was not a fan of RTS games until I played this. Wow. And having Halo attached to it is a good thing too.

Focus.

They get more from their investment on gaming if it's on the consoles and RTS's don't sell all that well there. Same reason the Flight Simulator guys got canned.

Ensemble and the Flight Simulator guys have been doing RTS's and flight simulators for decades, you can't get action games or platformers out of them.

I'm downloading it now. It's going pretty slow though.

I started the Killzone 2 download as well.

I have been downloading Halo Wars for what seems like forever and I am finally at 75%. Hopefully I get to play it tonight before I goto bed. As for the KZ2 demo I don't have a code and I loaned my PS3 to my cousin for a little while. Oh well at least I should get some decent reviews from both.

this is kinda off topic, but is there a warranty on the 360 wireless adapter? Something has to be wrong with mine. I started the KZ2 download after the Halo Wars one, and I've already installed KZ but Halo Wars is only at 6%.

Note: Both are using wireless and are in the same cabinet.

Something has to wrong.

M$'s content servers are apparently getting destroyed by the demand for this demo.

I can't believe how strong is the Halo brand in the states...

Sooner today, when people were at work or school, the download speed was so fast.
Now in the evening (US timezone), when everyone is at home, all the 360 are online and asking for Halo Wars.

I want download stats.

But it also did this with the RE5 demo. It took forever to download that one as well.

I don't know, my son got home , download it in like 20 mins and started playing. It looks great and play great. I like the easy to navigate menu, it take what C&C and other RTS try to do for the past years for the console and make it even better.
