PS3 seems quite possible, but I would not discount the Wii, considering

It will make my day if they make this for the PS3. I'll finally be able to sell my Xbox. Will be kinda hard though, I am sure M$ has some sorta clause or something.

I finished the first one on the PC and will be amazingly happy to get ME2 on my PS3.

EA has been having a great relationship with sony lately. it will continue to grow with the home space. so yea i can see mass effect 2 on PS3.

Maybe it will be coming to wii. I am looking forward to hearing what platforms. The comments EA made make it seem like more core franchises will be coming. Lets see what will happen.
