Prototype seems to look more fun and "arcadey" (if that makes any sense considering it's a game with superhero powers) Because in the video's i've seen, the Protagonist (if he can be called that) is leaping all over the place, going super fast and causing havoc as he goes on along. Whereas with InFamous the action seems a little more contained. The former also seems to have more powers then in InFamous. I think what Kasz said about the camera is a reason for this, good point.

But InFamous seems to be better visually and have better production values. I'm looking forward to both.

maybe thats it. I also feel this feeling of an arcadish beatem up from Prototype. I wouldn't say it is going to be more fun then inFamous though. I almost feel as if Prototype put TOO MANY abilities in the mix that they all look half assed. I think its a little better to concentrate on one basic ability, then apply it. That is the rule of XMEN, one of the best examples of these type of situations.

Thats just me though.

Well when I meant "fun" I meant more of "pick up and play" notion, meaning that just about anybody could play the game and find enjoyment in it. Whereas InFamous has a little more to it.

Remember that previews are always positive. TFU had a positive preview, and it got a 7.5.

This should be a hell of a lot better, though. I see a GameSpot 8.5 (equivalent to an IGN 9.4) for this game.

TFU was an awesome game. In particular for a star wars fan. Only had a few minor issues that annoyed me.

we are on the same wave length on this bro... I don't know why the game go such a low score... and 8.5 is what I'd have given it after a full play through.  It had some flaws, but not enough to even come close to distracting you from the game.  I think that this game has a good chance of fixing those flaws and maybe keeping some of the interesting elements.

I liked it too, I'd give it 8.2 or so, but GameSpot only gave it 7.5, after doing nothing but praise it in every preview.

And I must say, I was a little disappointed. I was expecting it to be better.

Yeah well the reviewer wasn't the same as the preview guys maybe... sometimes they are stressed to or they have a bad run... it's hard to stay objective when you keep dieing.

Cool preview, the game definitely looks good. I'm curious how it'll shape up against prototype.
