I thought ioi said he wasn't going to post this weeks numbers until tomorrow sometimes so there wouldn't be a new digg article everytime the numbers are updated Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (or I assume that's the reason).

Could be numbers don't come before Thursday. ioi said he will not do any update to the database until this weeks numbers are in (Germany e.g. need update). He also wanted to move the site on a new sever. Not happened by know. Also NDP releases it numbers on thursday.
