The article says nothing about why it is they're filing for bankruptcy. Could be any number of reasons, from theft within the company, to wasteful spending.

Just saying your rush to judgment may be unfounded.

you guys bash him without explaining to him about the knowledge, so i'll help out. outcast, that company is a publisher of PC games, world of goo was made by another developer, the one that published, or rather, put the world of goo on Wiiware, is another company aka the game maker(2D Boy,) not this one, so it's not really valid in this forum nor does it effect the game maker itself.
