Are you managing to stick to using it every day?

If not, how many days did you manage before you got slack?

Has anyone stopped using it altogether or only very rarely?

Very rarely, unfortunately.
Once I do get back into a routine, I'm usually able to keep it going daily for spurts of up to a few weeks, but then I'll end up letting something (work, other committments, laziness) throw me off track again.

Just before the winter holiday, I had a good routine of using the yoga (stretching), balancing, and a few of the muscle training exercises to suppliment my outdoor running. I really need to get back to that.

I've been using it very rarely. It's pretty hard to use daytime when kids are awake, since they are the ones that end up playing and they won't let me play it for they are jumping on the board while i'm on it and after they're asleep, i'm too tired for it. Then again, every time i do play it quite a lot, an hour or two each day for a week or so (my evening shifts let me play it only one week at a time at evenings).

I won't really call myself a Wii Fot owner. It's really my wife that's the Wii Fit owner. She used it everyday for about a week then didn't touch it for a month. She used it for another week and hasn't touched it since. It has collected so much dust for the last 6 months or so. To be fair to her she got pregnant soon after getting it so she had an excuse. But even if she wasn't I doubt she would have touched it in the last 6 months.

I just use it to se how much I weigh now and then.


But it did get me to start going to the gym.

In my house, it has now been played almost exactly 140 hours over 280 days.

Considering we're 3 people who use it, that's around 10 minutes a day pr person.

But no, I do not use it every day. I use it more like an hour once a week.

Not every day, but most days. From November to December I didn't want to see my weight so I didn't use it for 2 months, but prior to that I think my longest time of not using it was 1 week. My wife uses it almost every day too, so it gets a lot of use.

I just got Shaun White, and that is lots of fun, so no regrets on buying Wii Fit.

Where do you go to look up your time spent playing specific games? This has been bugging me for weeks.
