Very rarely, unfortunately.
Once I do get back into a routine, I'm usually able to keep it going daily for spurts of up to a few weeks, but then I'll end up letting something (work, other committments, laziness) throw me off track again.

Just before the winter holiday, I had a good routine of using the yoga (stretching), balancing, and a few of the muscle training exercises to suppliment my outdoor running. I really need to get back to that.
