First I want to say that I doubt the Conduit, while looking to be a good game, will be anywhere near as good as Metroid Prime 3. Secondly, a game from another genre is nowhere near a replacement for one of another.(yes they are different genres). If you are referring to getting the Conduit to test out Wii motion controls, there still is no excuse to not get Metroid Prime 3. Also Metroid Prime 3 will be ALOT cheaper now, and even more so by the time of the Conduit's release. |
Problem is, some people just aren't into Metroid's... style. It's really hard to get into for me, I have yet to finish a 3D Metroid (I think I almost finished the first, but stopped when I had to go on a collection mission or something). Well, then again, I really dislike first person games for single player in general, haven't beat one since... shit, Goldeneye?
OT: Hell no. I'd use the Wii remote for everything if I could! I've gotten too used to it, and prefer it over anything else, mainly from the hundreds of hours I dumped on brawl with it.
