Resident Evil remake : buying or not ?

Theres rumors that the first resident evil and the zero could make there way to the the wii system. Imagine a boxet with all the resident evil (0-4 + code veronica...) What do you think ?

If they made a proper remake of RE2, I'd get it. I've never played it before.

There are no rumours. It's been confirmed that Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero will be ported to the Wii, however, there is no confirmation that they will be launched outside Japan.

And I don't want to import.

Really REmake is so great!

You'll hate the controls the first hour and the puzzles will drive you absolutely nuts, but man this game has it all. Superb atmosphere, claustrophobic tension, great graphics, cool story and it's really about survival. First time I finished it I had 12 bullets left, which tells you something about the need for conservation in the game.

REmake is one of my favorite games of all time and most definitely the scariest. GET IT NOW.

IF they bring the ports to NA, then yes, I'll get them. But a Japanese version? No thanks.

As far as I've read those Wii ports were more like re-releases, with the same graphics and similar controls. Probably a one week's job of a port.

Already got the game on the GC why would I buy it for Wii. Only if they adjust the controls to actually take advantage of the Wiimote like they did with RE4, would I buy it. Otherwise, as far as I'm concerned, I already own it.
