Concentrate a bit more and you see that it flies not behind the monument (that it should if it was in the clouds) but at the front of the monument.

In the video you can see it goes in front of the monument. So it's probably a fly or something...

Given the sub-freezing temperature and assuming that the camera was outdoors, you would more likely see aliens flying overhead than ANY insect buzzing about.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that it WAS extraterrestrial or anything like that, but it couldn't have been an insect because it was waaay too cold.

Yea and just above that long pointy thing their is another bigger UFO partially cloaked.

aka: a dark cloud

Actually I could believe it is a UFO, probably Bush going back home!

 

...and on watching the video I see you also have 'birds' in the USA.
