Given the sub-freezing temperature and assuming that the camera was outdoors, you would more likely see aliens flying overhead than ANY insect buzzing about.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that it WAS extraterrestrial or anything like that, but it couldn't have been an insect because it was waaay too cold.
