Alrighty well I was playing MGS2 for the 20th time just to fool around and get Raiden killed in the oddest ways i could think of when they started talking in the game about Heavy water. For those of you who don't know heavy water is a form of water that has a higher level of Deuterium in it then usual. It can be drank normally, but if drank in large qauntities it's toxic.

Well seeing as no one knows jack crap about the game i thought i would take a stab at it (which im sure is about on target as Cheney going hunting.) Maybe someone is leaking a crap load of Deuterium into the air to somehow make a cloud of the crap or something to get it rain down.

Well thats my crazy ass theory....>.> yeah, what i think about when i work.....

heavy water is used for making bombs, so yer I doubt it has anything connection to heavy rain, considering it is always raining in those screen shots.
