XBL Gold needs to be cheaper for Families.

Even tho I get my XBL cards from sites like Amazon, Newegg.com, etc.. that have XBL for $29-$35 sales, it can still be expensive.

Especially if you have allot of family members.

I made a petition to show Microsoft that families want an XBL Gold Package, instead of paying $49 for each member.

Egads! I will sign that in a heartbeat. I don't have my kids on XBL yet, but I didn't realize that they charged per user, and not per console!

That's outrageous.

Microsoft needs to make 12 month subscriptions for $19.99, 6 months for $9.99, and 3 months for $4.99. It would attract many more people to get Xbox LIVE Gold, and Microsoft would still make money on subscriptions.

They could give you a choice when you sign up: have one account, but allow it to be movable, or, have you account locked to the 360, but you can have multiple accounts on it.

That would solve Microsoft's biggest problem with multiple users.

It also shows that when Microsoft came up with this system, they didn't have families (and, indirectly, casuals) in mind... how times change.

Create an online account where everybody can play as guests and keep your other profiles for offline gaming.

We would like to enjoy games Co-Op...

My Son would like to keep his gamer tag & Acheivment points..

Friend invites just wouldn't work as well...

as a business man i see that gives less revenue to MS and I cant stand by and let corporations make less money.

I wont sign this because it should be one fee for the whole console.
