Is this supposed to be a prequel or something? It says it's G's first deadly mission, but if I recall from playing in arcades in the past, isn't he in the other games?

Yeah this is a prequel. If I'm not mistaken, G has been in every HoTD game. He's playable in HoTD1/3 and a you see him wounded but still alive at the beginning of HoTD2. The most famous thing about the HoTD series is the what the first boss says in HoTD 2. "Suffer like G did." Ah, you gotta love Engrish.

looks great, i love the house of the dead series. its nice to see sega and this dev put some effort into getting this series back in the limelight. hopefully sega will put the virtua cop series on the wii soon. :)
