I'm not sure Street Fighter is still classified as a AAA franchise. If not then I'll say Killzone.

Mario and Luigi: Partners in Crime has a metacritic 86, and Mario and Luigi 3 is coming out February 11th. So it certainly can't be ignored.

Although the competition will be over 1 day before then, with the release of Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers - which will be the first game to have a metacritic score of 100!
