That doesn't mean anything. Once T2 found out the images were out, they would certainly take down the folder (or block it to public access).
There are lots of reasons this could be fake - this is not one of them.
(the timestamp is from a week ago - plenty of time for an online dir structure to change...).

I'm not sure you understood what I was saying. I'm not saying it's impossible the "Wii" directory was deleted. That is possible.
What I'm saying is that the listing of images in the "Wii" directory would have been forbidden from access the whole time (even if the "Wii" folder did exist at one time). If a webmaster were to create the "Wii" directory, it would not be possible to simply load up its contents in a browser - the parent directory's characteristics (the "images" directory) would pass to the child, and a 403 error would always come up. The contents of the "Wii" directory would not have been visible. Period.

If someone created that folder in the first place, it was probably for the purpose of sending the pictures to someone outside of the company. So the rights would have been setup to make it a public folder.
No one would upload images in such an open folder for internal use only - they would have internal shared networks, VPNs and so on.

The true/fake for this IMO still comes down to one thing: compare the gfx in the screens to the 'real' GTA4 - and if they actually look DIFFERENT - then its almost certainly not a fake.
I can't see any screens comparable to these:

Yup, the road corner has roughly the same number of angular sections - on the PS3/360 version. 99% sure it fake now.
