I dont think it is CGI. Why?

Well the blood that spatters, it just gived the impression it is in engine. Also the lip syning at the start, look closely you will notice that the cheeks and mouth are ever so slightly off. Sorry I think it's in engine.

wow, I thought it was in-game.

From what I've played of the multiplayer it isn't, but it looks pretty freaking close. I can tell very slightly that its off from what I've played, but that was only the beta and it surely could be looking better.
