How come certain individual games get a post in the news section whenever a new trailer, or new scan, or new boxart gets released, while every other game gets nothing? I don't mind if the contributer likes the game, but all this Killzone, Fragile, etc. stuff is getting too much. There should  be a balance between trailer/scan/screens for a designated number of new games, or none at all.

Anyone else agree?

Those games are high profile, and get press releases that get fed to the contributors, so they post them.

But seriously, if there is a high profile game that gets some info released and it isn't posted, just send tips to news@vgchartz.com and provide the details needed to post the article/press release/images/trailers

I may be wrong, but I think most of the contributors of the News section are just video game fans/site members. They're just people that love video games. They don't get free copies games or anything so they can only talk about what they know or what they're interested in.

we post what we get as tips and what we get as press releases....not every game sends out press stuff, nor do most people want a post for every screen shot ever released.

actually, you reminded me. All screen shots for consoles (I usually don't do the PC ones) that come through as press releases get posted to the game DB.

You can just check the bottom of the front page for the latest updated games. If you click the title you get the last 50.
