And as for "The numbers are not impressive" look at it this way.
Norway generated 93 million dollars of revenue. That's slightly above 20 dollars/person.
In the US. Playstation revenue: 6400 million dollars (I can't be bugged to find the others right now).
That's slightly above 20 dollars/person.
The Playstation brand alone (which is less than 50% of the market) is equally big pr person as the total in Norway.

So in other words the Norwegian numbers are not impressive. Neither in absolute numbers, nor in revenue per person.
Actually $93 million in total Norwegian game revenue at retail is so bad that I doubt it is even right.
The US had $11 billion in 2008 from console software alone. That's 120 times more than Norway. The US population is about 62 times as big as Norway's.
