Forums - Microsoft - What's your Gamerscore?

I have a relatively low one and it's because I played some games on PC (Oblivion for example) and because I don't play games as often anymore.  Of course all that is going to change in the coming weeks starting with Bioshock.  So anyways what's your Gamerscore?

Mine is actually over 31,000 now. I don't have XBLA at my house, so it cannot validate the numbers.

The worst part is I haven't validated any of my RPG scores aside from 1060/1250 in Oblivion. I have to get on XBLA at my g/fs house, and insert disks for PSU, M:UA and EM. If I can get that, then I'll be rated in the top 500 RPG players on the Xbox 360.

My goal is to get near-perfect scores on M:UA and get 1000/1000 on every RPG for the X360 and be near the top for best RPG players on the Xbox 360.

Outside of this, at one point I was ranked in the top 500 out of 500,000 gamertags on Mygamercard.net before I stopped having the time to rent as many games as I was.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

2748... Pretty pathetic I know...

I just got my live account in December and didn't really start to play until Crackdown came out and I got addicted...

Until then, I was more of a "game collector"... I have 123 games (35 of which are Live arcade).

Now, I am moving more to a "gamer"...

my gamerscore is 70!!!!

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

I'm not sure, but it's less than 1,500. I have only once bothered to do anything in any game just to try and get an achievement. Other than that it's all in the course of regular gameplay.

But I still I think the achievement idea is brilliant. I'm sure a lot of people have bought 360 versions of multiplatform games just to increase their achievement score.

It's just something hardcore gamers can be proud of and a way to show off their skills to others. I know even though I don't personally care about achievements, if I see a really high gamerscore I'm still impressed because clearly that person is very serious about their gaming.

We don't provide the 'easy to program for' console that they [developers] want, because 'easy to program for' means that anybody will be able to take advantage of pretty much what the hardware can do, so the question is what do you do for the rest of the nine and half years? It's a learning process. - SCEI president Kaz Hirai

It's a virus where you buy it and you play it with your friends and they're like, "Oh my God that's so cool, I'm gonna go buy it." So you stop playing it after two months, but they buy it and they stop playing it after two months but they've showed it to someone else who then go out and buy it and so on. Everyone I know bought one and nobody turns it on. - Epic Games president Mike Capps

We have a real culture of thrift. The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games. - Activision CEO Bobby Kotick

me it's 6000 something.... but it's because I played a lot of game..; I never get 1000 because I don't bother doing some stuff... the only one I have 1000 is king kong and I finished all the achievement in one night lol :) otherwise I don't bother collecting stuff in the maps and stuff like COG tags in GOW or all the green stuff in Crackdown etc...

I don't know how to make work my gamer card in my sig anybody can help ???

lol....*gulps* 40 points...wait its because I just bought my 360 last Thursday. Thats all..I'm only playing Madden NFL 08 and Uno.

X+1-(2X/2)+779= my gamerscore.

Very pathetic.
