NO....obama is going to be!!!

The Geneva convention is an international law that the US signed and agreed too. The definition of torture is quite clear and, according that Bush admin. official last week, was clearly broken when water boarding was used on Guantanimo detainees.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Retrasado said:1) the war wasn't illegal in any way. he asked for a declaration of war from congress and they gave it to them.

That is incorrect. Bush was authorized to use force by Congress under the War Powers Act; war has not been declared by the US since WWII.

Some of your list is moronic. Bombing in France- whats the have to do with Bill Clinton? I'd say he was average... better than Bush though

I agree.

Some of the things on the list are just things that happened, and have absolutely nothing to do with Billy.

We'll miss you George.

Try James Buchanon.

He pretty much dropped the ball and let the chain of events that started the Civil War.

One fun poll...

My line of reasoning goes like this...

You sucked as a president if people rank you below William Henry Harrison.

I doubt Clinton will be there... Bush... probably will be there for about 10 years... then float up to the bottom middle of the pack... people will probably be more forgiving of him in the future.

The war in Iraq won't look so bad when people are a bit backed off from it... assuming that Iraq stays stable and a better place then when Saddam ruled it.

Its all about perception. How many journalists are in Iraq today? How many will be there in 10 years

If things go well in iraq it's not like nobody will know.

If you look at most unpopular presidents they tend to drop really low... then float up to the middle.

Except Jimmy Carter apparently.

He is history's greatest monster.

In 94 though Bush was rated the 31st worst president in history (Bush Senior)... out of 41!

Now he's up to 21.

Jimmy Carter strated out at 25... took a plunge... came back up... then took another plunge.

Another interesting one is Reagan... who went from average president to like... super high... as he went from mid 20's to number 6.

This whole Bush legacy debate is interesting. Even Nixon allegedly regained some cred over China so you might be right.

He was my favorite prez and the first white guy inducted into the BLACK hall of fame. That is pimping right there.
