I always hated Wipeout, thought the demo of Motorstorm was horrible (but liked the demo of Motorstorm PR much more), always loved Gran Turismo and GT2 and currently love Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.......

GT > WipeOut > MotorStorm.

Although out of these 3 exclusive racers MotorStorm 2 got a really good sequel. i thought the original MS was crap compared to 2.

Still GT owns them all. :P

Obviously Motorstorm out of those. The other two games don't even have crash damage. How two generations ago. Also GT doesn't have boost. How four generations ago. WipEout HD doesn't have dirt. How five generations ago. Motorstorm is the only current gen racing series out of those. With that said...
