Do they just not cover them, or do they have a seperate award for PC GOTY? I know one of the sites I presented didn't mix them, so I gave both GOTYs.

I think sites that do not cover PC should be not included, as well as sites that separate PC out of their GotY awards. It should be an overall GotY that includes all possible participants.

They just don't include PC games on their sites, which would defeat the purpose of Overall GOTY.

Then I'm with you on this one. They should probably not be counted. I hope you know that you're only hurting the PC's chances of getting the most votes though. Fallout 3 is in the lead, and taking away sites will most likely take away from it's total. Basically you're trying to seal the fate of a PC game in favor of a console exclusive(LBP). Just FYI.

Out of that list, just two new ones can be added. One is a tie win with Fallout 3 so it doesn't count. There are some others that don't consider PC games so they are out. The one from Joystiq is incorrect because MGS4 came in at #2 and they claim on Wiki it came in #1. Fable II won Joystiq.
