Starcraft II and Halo Wars seem to be the most talked about rts games of the moment. Which one do you think will sell the most copies and which one will be the better game?

Anyone who thinks halo wars will be better than starcraft 2 is nuts.
Anyone who thinks halo wars will outsell starcraft 2 is nuts.
Seriously starcraft is the best RTS ever made and the definition of the genre. I can fire it up right now and play for 10 hours.
AOE and other ensemble games never had that spark.

Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6). This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

to me the worst part of AOE was the length, it just dragged, destroying buildings took ages.
starcraft was so accellerated yet still patient, that ultimate mix of brains and speed, like street fighter 2.

No contest. Starcraft 2. The only games that have a chance against it this year are Empire: Total War and Dawn of War 2. It's going to be an awesome year to be an RTS gamer.

I like Warcraft III better than Starcraft because I like fantasy that borrows from every previous great work of fantasy fiction to tell its story better than rednecks in space.

A bit overkill, but the first 3 parts are entirely correct.
Halo Wars was created by a soon to be dead studio, MS isn't even keeping them open to make a bunch of extra DLC, A 6/10 average review wouldn't suprise me.

AOE 2 is truely a classic. AOE is better in it's pace. Now, age of mythology, that's a slightly different story.
