I would stop playing online games.There are hundreds of other ways to get money that a much better value to the consumer, and does not make the company look greedy. Here are just a few examples;

1. Online Music Store
2. Ability to buy TV and Movies in SD, HD (720p D/L), and Blu-ray directly from the Playstation Store.
3. Fix the DRM to match the game side of the store for both movie and music to make 1 and 2 generate tons of cash.
4. Allow people to buy/rent PSP, and PS3 games from the PSN.
5. Porn on the video store.(sounds horrible, but it would bring in tons of money)

Sony has to many resorces to be in this kind of trouble, and the main reason is because they keep making dumb ass moves. I will never pay them money to do something that should be free. They just need to get their act together and work as one company.

ZERO - that's what i payed to continue playing multiplayer games on pc for years, there's no way i'm paying anything to play wipeout once or twice per week.

I would never pay for a service that should be free. I have had an xbox360 for years and never even used the online features since they should be free. I love PSN for what it is. As soon as it becomes a cash grab slap in the face I am GONE. I think that SONY would never do that anyway because it would screw up the 10 year plan and alienate a good percentage of their fan base.

Sony would have to make PSN better than Xbox live first.  Add more content, allow us to try game demos out first before buying, add videos and music and all the other stuff that makes xbox live great. 

But im agaist all forms of paying to play online.  Windows live failed because PC gamers are will not pay to play online simple as that.  Why pay microsoft when you got Steam.

I would pay, but would be annoyed. On the other hand we are paying for other People to buy a PS3.

No, and zero. I will not pay a monthly fee for gaming.

I hope this doesn't happen and it probably won't but if it does I would honestly pay up. So A. And the price should not be higher than Live's subscription.
