On the 360? No. To cutsy for the 360 user base. Playstation user base far more accepting for this game.

Wii. Yes, if exactly the same game came out for Wii, it would sell more on Wii. But the Wii's outstandingly bad online, makes a game like this impossible to release on Wii.

Viva Pinata disagrees. It is at 1.82 and I am going to guess you would agree it is not as good a game. Come on man. You were always one of the more reasonable fanboys in the past. What happened?

I think VP was bundles a lot. It's sequel, VP2, wasn't that successful. I haven't played VP, don't know how good it is.

I feel this is the best game ever. It is more important than life itself. I hate how people hate on it for no reason.

Many people, including fishieJoe, which undermines VGC's numbers, is just a troll on the greatest game.

Due to the greatness of this game, sony haters, jelous they don't get to play this game, resort to shitting on it.

Realistically the game is such a success! 1.89M copies sold! These sales are only possible on the PS3.

Unfair hate has been thrown against this awesome game. I hate anyone who hates on it for no reason.

Nothing can touch this game! Haters are just massive sony hater d*ckh**ds. I hate your d*ckh**dness.

Know genius when you see it, enjoy this game for what is it. It's better than your life!

I'm sorry, I've played it and don't like sorry, it's just not that fun too me. Try practicing Tact and intelligence before venting verbal defication.

Look at the kung fu panda sales... the Viva pinata sales... if LBP was bundled with xbox through the holiday season im guessing LBP would maybe have numbers of 3.5 - 4 million. thats joint sales + with the extra and better marketing what would have been done by M$

LBP was only bundled in europe. and very limited in japan.

Since LBP was a first party game, bundles would've made absolutely no revenue for Microsoft or Media Molecule.

As Jo said, LBP was only primarily bundled in Europe, and it's bundles existed besides a number of others (MotorStorm bundles, Blu-Ray bundles, etc.), thus the majority of LBP's sales are non-bundled sales, making Sony and Media Molecule quite a bit of money.

Maybe before you go attacking people, you should actually look up what people say about a game before jumping to conclusions. I've said numerous time I think it's probably a great game that will sell very well to gaming enthusiasts, however it won't resonate to the non-gaming crowd.

So was LBP. Do you remember win the Wii trolls were using the exact same arguement for why LBP would flop and should be ported to the Wii? A good game that is well marketed will sell regardless of the "art stlye." Hell I know at least one guy who never touchesy the cutesy crap would picked it up because it sounded fun. A good game will sell well regardless of platform.

I'm sorry fishie, but your thread just annoyed me a bit

Your kinda missing my point...
what i ment was, if LBP was on both consoles and not just a Sony first party. The sales imo would be more than double what they are now if there was an xbox bundle. Simply because of the amount of xboxes sold through the holidays. and lets face it... LBP wasnt advertised that well, and we all know what microsoft do with advertisements.

I would assume Microsoft would not get money for LBP selling :P

If it were to be released on the 360, I assumed it would've been a mirror image to the current situation.  Media Molecule making the game with Microsoft as the publisher.
