Watched Half-Hour-Half-Life thats hardcore and very very cool i havent even played Half-Life much but i kinda got the story so can i put that on my games i have beaten list

/sarcasm.

It was cool watchin though.

It's amazing that anyone can memorize an entire game like that and whisk through it so quickly. But HL2DQ is even sicker, and the "gain more and more speed when you jump" trick that exists in both HL games is just wacko to watch in that vid!

HL2 actually has more bugs than HL did, much because of a more davanced graphics engine and more complex coding I suppose. Anyway, you should find it on Google video if you search for HL2DQ (half-lfe 2 done quickly). Allthough it lasts a while (1 hour 42 minutes), its well worth it for a laugh.

I did a list about games beaten on Nintendo consoles in winter, and it took some time.
I think it's about 110 on Nintendo platforms, few games on PC, few PSX games, and few on Mega Drive, so i believe i'm somewhere around 120 or 120+. Would have more, if games were cheaper. :)

How do you guys have so much money and time? Over 400.

@Rol: Played games with Xbox controller? That's what i really would call an accomplishment.

Ei Kiinasti.

Eikä Japanisti.

Vaan pannaan jalalla koreasti.

Nintendo games sell only on Nintendo system.

An original fat handed Xbox controller which i cant even hold properly.

I am not sure how many games I have beaten, but I do own 170+ and I have beaten all of them with just a few exceptions, a majority of them beaten with all stuff unlocked and best rankings (if available). Then there are probably about as many games I don't own but have played and beaten, so I think it's okay to say that I have beaten more than 300 games total.

Extraordinary achievements

  • Ridge Racer - beat the (according to him) unbeatable lap record on the novice course of a (former) friend by 4 tenths. After that he erased the save file he kept for over 2 years just for bragging rights.
  • beaten Viewtiful Joe 2 on all difficulty settings and the 37 additional tasks
  • finished a complete file on Baten Kaitos Origins clearly below 70 hours (2 playthroughs)
  • finished a complete file on Paper Mario TYD below 16 hours 40 minutes
  • finished a complete file (excluding blitzball) on FFX-2 below 90 hours (5 playthroughs)
  • finished a complete file (excluding level 99) on Skies of Arcadia Legends below 30 hours
  • finished a complete file on Breath of Fire 5 below 40 hours (4 playthroughs)
  • finished Metroid Fusion with 1 % completion in 1 hour 30 minutes
  • finished Metroid Fusion with 100 % completion in 1 hour 36 minutes
  • finished Super Metroid with 100 % completion in 1 hour 48 minutes
  • finished Metroid Zero Mission with 100 % completion in 1 hour 24 minutes
  • finished Metroid Prime 2 with 100 % completion in 3 hours 38 minutes (lame time)
  • finished REmake on all difficulty settings
  • set a still intact lap world record on Fire Field on the SNES F-Zero
  • set a lap world record on Red Canyon 2 on F-Zero X
  • was #1 worldwide on a combined ladder for F-Zero games for nearly one year
  • was #2 worldwide on the F-Zero X ladder for quite some time (i.e. at least 6 months)
  • was #4 worldwide on F-Zero for quite some time
  • was #1 PAL on F-Zero X for quite some time
  • held the majority of F-Zero X PAL records for quite some time
  • was #2 PAL on Wave Race Blue Storm for quite some time
  • beat the PAL world record of Metroid Prime 100% by 21 minutes in early 2004 (my time 2:49)
  • beat Donkey Kong Country with 101 % completion in 1 hour 1 minute
  • beat Donkey Kong Country 2 with 102 % completion in 2 hours 22 minutes
  • beat Donkey Kong Country 3 with 103 % completion in 2 hours 14 minutes
  • beat Banjo Kazooie with 100 % completion below 4 hours 20 minutes
  • beat New Super Mario Bros with 100 % completion 10 times within 13 days
  • beat Perfect Dark campaign on all difficulty settings and unlocked all cheats
  • beat Beyond Good and Evil in a little over 3 hours to secure a top 100 spot on the Ubisoft website for quite some time
  • beat Sonic Heroes with 100 % completion in less than 19 hours
  • beat Sonic and the Secret Rings with 100 % completion in 9 hours 9 minutes
  • finished a RE4 speedrun in 2 hours 17 minutes
  • wrote a long list of extraordinary achievements which still doesn't cover everything I've done
  • beat Rogue Leader with all gold medals
  • beat Rebel Strike with all ace medals
  • got all 150 Pokemon on Red
  • finished a complete file on Baten Kaitos EWatLO in about 343 hours
  • played games with the original Xbox controller

That last achievement is the one that makes you hardcore

Jokes aside, this list is quite impressive.

My own List is not nearly as impressive as yours, I guess I have beaten about 50 games.

A couple of good achievements are:

  • I've beaten all Mario platformers except Super Mario Bros 2 Japan (though I have only finished SMW and SM64 completely)
  • I've beaten all the games I own for my DS (8 games so far)
  • I've collected 151 Pokémon in Red (and only 236 in Gold)
  • I've beaten all the RPG's I've played except FFIV which annoyed me to much (I think I have played 8 games I consider true RPG's)

Probably nothing too great for most of you, I am somewhere inbetween the hardcore and the casual gamers

Currently Playing: Skies of Arcadia Legends (GC), Dragon Quest IV (DS)

Last Game beaten: The Rub Rabbits(DS)

good lord, I have no idea. I've been playing games since before you were able to "beat" them. My first system was an atari 2600 and I've been an avid gamer since then. I have no earthly idea how many games I've beat, but alot I would imagine.

Hmm, accomplishments...I dunno, got the invincibility code on Golden eye, have gotten the best ending for all the metroid games, have beat Turok 1-3 on their hardest difficulty settings, I'd really have to dig around my big box of old games to even know what it is I've done.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.

Rol makes me feel like a newbie at Video Games. Lots of insane accomplishments. I can beat any game on any difficult setting, but I only go after unlockables and extras in games that I love. Achievementwise Rol got the Trophy.

I would like to tell the other users to post only extreme feats, like something that normal people could not achieve. Please do not post things like got 120 stars on Mario 64 or killed Diamond Weapon on FF7. I respect your feats guys, it is just that I wanna see only extraordinary ones. Unlocking all cheats on Goldeneye is a good one, I could only get 95% of them after playing for 2 years.

Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

Itsudatte itsudatte itsudatte

Sugu yoko de waratteita

Nakushitemo torimodosu kimi wo

Silver Surfer and Battletoads are cursed games. Ask all the 28 people that finished them.

I have... absolutely NO idea... been gaming for 18 years now, I'd have to really sit down and go through a list of all the games released on each console to get an accurate number. Maybe tomorrow.
