sigh....

i was hoping HD version super robot wars for PS3.....

Didn't they announce one way back when?

As long as PSP and DS are doing well, we won't be seeing HD SRW. SRW games sell more on those systems, and the production costs are much lower.

lower cost, definitely

but not necessarily higher sell on handhelds (comparing with PS2, of course)

the sell # for SRW are pretty consistent across all platforms

It (PS3's market share) might hit 30%, but definently not more. ~ Neo

Very nice. Japanese support keeps rolling in for the PSP.

SRW sales I think is pretty much driven by the evolution of in-game animations/movies, and what robots are involved in the game.

Typically SRW Alpha on PS1 and Impact on PS2 were the first on their respective console that had the animations polished so that every fan was excited about them.

Unlike the portables on PSP... pretty much they were PS2 MX/Alpha2/Alpha3 animations and storyline is not (at least) as good as the ones made for PS/PS2. so sales might hurt a bit

And DS... well it's made better and better every time but just couldn't get the kind of graphics on PSP/PS2, a matter of 'awesomeness' I guess.

And SRW 360... irrelevant, insignificant enough to be ignored...

Sweet, SRW...but I don't think they'll come over >_>

Also, yeah, that hack game isn't their secret game.

But this makes me think their secret game isn't hack related.

You can always import.;)

As for brand new hack for PSP, I think it is. Keep in mind, this is Famitsu news, but the issue is officially out on Friday.

Just when the CC2 countdown ends.

Why couldn't it be? The last two games CyberConnect2 has made were PSP and PS3 games.
