Is Sega getting back into the handheld race?  That would be crazy to try with the DS's stranglehold on the handheld market.

I believe it will be sold in China only. Sega sold their name to the chinese company...like the whole the she is these days.

Nice find SnowFlow, yours acctually looks like a possibility, but I just don't understand why they want to be so removed from gaming altogether now.
