Is the Sega Vison really going to happen? (2009)

I take stuff I catch on wiki with might be true, but you need to verify.

Is Sega getting back into the handheld race?  That would be crazy to try with the DS's stranglehold on the handheld market.

3 x Vertical buttons looks like an epic fail to me.  If true who knows maybe it will rock.
